This document sets out the rules governing the intermediary services provided by the Peydaly.com platform (hereinafter "Service", "we"). By using our website and placing orders, you express full agreement with the stated conditions.
1.1. Peydaly.com operates as an intermediary platform that accepts payments from customers and forwards relevant details to telecom providers or service suppliers.
1.2. We do not act as a telecom operator, financial institution, or direct service executor.
1.3. The range of available services may be updated without advance notice.
1.4. Customer assistance is available around the clock, seven days a week.
2.1. The customer enters the required details on the website and completes payment through their chosen method.
2.2. Order processing begins only upon receiving confirmation from the financial system.
2.3. Fulfillment takes from a few minutes up to half a day, depending on the telecom provider's technical conditions.
2.4. We bear no responsibility for disruptions originating from the telecom provider.
2.5. Ensuring the accuracy of entered numbers and details is the customer's responsibility.
3.1. Our role is limited to receiving funds and forwarding the necessary information.
3.2. We are not liable in the following scenarios:
4.1. If the service was not delivered due to our fault, funds will be returned.
4.2. In cases caused by customer error, refunds are not available.
4.3. Customers who dispute a charge through their bank (chargeback) without first contacting our support team may be denied future service.
Peydaly.com holds no status as an official representative, partner, or division of "Altyn Asyr" (TMCELL), "Turkmentelecom", "Ashgabat City Telephone Network" (ASTU), or any other telecommunications organizations in Turkmenistan.
Balance top-up services are carried out through third-party technical solutions. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operator performance and accept no responsibility for issues within their infrastructure.
References to operator names on our website serve purely informational purposes and do not indicate any contractual ties.
6.1. Using the website is equivalent to accepting all listed conditions.
