• Device data: IP address, device model, operating system type, and application crash reports (Log files).

• To successfully complete payment transactions (TMCell, WiFi, Internet packages).
• To provide technical support to users and answer inquiries.
• To ensure secure login via Firebase Authentication.
• To improve service quality and fix software bugs.

The application uses the following services to provide a reliable and modern user experience:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication and security.
• FreeKassa: For accepting online payments internationally.
• Telecom operators: For delivering top-up orders to TMCell, AGTS, and Turkmentelekom networks.

Your personal data is protected using modern encryption methods (SSL/TLS). Data is stored only for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data on this page. Your deletion request will be fully processed within 7 business days.
